Color breathing exercises are an easy DIY energy healing therapy you can do anywhere at anytime.
Feeling stressed? Breathe in blue light, locate the place(s) in your body holding that stress. Work with the natural flow of your breath sending the blue light there. Tune your senses into the light, imagine that it is changing the stress into strength or compassion, feel the lightness as the body releases and opens.
Wanting to feel more compassion for self and less judgemental? Breathe pink, concentrating this color at your heart center, the middle upper chest area.
