Quantum Touch is quite amazing; I have not taken the workshop, but I have both books written about this particular alternative modality and I am starting to offer to work on clients during their Reiki or BodyTalk sessions.
This lecture by the founder of Quantum Touch is very engaging and down-to-earth. A clear explanation of energy body work taking the "psychic" and/or mystical-ness away and bringing the practicality of this work to the fore-front.

Found Again What Was Never Lost
I am happy to report that I have found another blog which I used to visit regularly, still stock full of spiritual wisdom.
CowPi Journal makes me smile.
Especially this observation of a contemporary rock song by the lovely, talented and huskily voiced Snow Patrol. When Christ played a pivotal role of savior in my life once upon a time, I loved the associations I could make with contemporary culture in the entertainment arts. I relished these spiritual moments because I felt so connected to God and confirmed in that connection outside of formal prayer or worship.
My very favorite song experience was with another Irish band, U2, the song: I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For. I felt as if God and myself were having this very close chat each time I listened to the song...and the gooseflesh it created!
Same happens now, only it is within and through everything I experience; though Christ the Savior doesn't play as serious a role in my current spiritual life, I am as ever feeling the awesome connection with and of Source.

Now that I have decided to give Blue Buddha Wellness Studio it's own website, I am feeling more free in regards to the content I can make available on this blog.
To start things off, I will clarify that anything to do with self healing techniques, general explanations of energy work and how the bodymind works with energy will remain here on the blog and all else will be at the other location.
I wanted to name this blog something other than the name of my practice, so I went with a snippet from a channeled work called, Emmanuel's Book II: The Choice for Love by Pat Rodegast and Judith Stanton. This book and it's predecessor, Emmanuel's Book, are filled with wisdom, the kind that seems to require re-reads to really know intellectually what you already understood in the heart with the first pass.
I went with "eternity plus half a second" because this definition of Self really resonated with me. Even now, it is remembrance rather than complete understanding which makes me want to say this phrase over and over again...I love the sensation of it.
I, You, We are an eternity plus half a second. All healing takes place in this Nowtime as all possibilities exist at once for choosing.
